Classics Series: Sidecar

Hope you enjoyed Super Bowl weekend! To help digest the extra chicken wings and beer, today’s cocktail is a Sidecar, a classic drink that has been around since WWI and is literally named after the motorcycle attachment. It’s a boozy orange drink that can be easily adjusted to be sweeter or more sour based on your preferences.

Sidecar Ingredients: 0.75 ounces Cointreau, 1.5 ounces Cognac, 0.75 ounces Lemon, 1 teaspoon 2:1 Simple Syrup, 2 dashes Orange Bitters
